I'm having trouble with in-game purchases. What should I do? +

For issues with Robux purchases, first check if your Roblox account payment information is correct. If the issue is with receiving purchased items in our games, please provide the following information when contacting support:

Your Roblox username
What you purchased
When you made the purchase (date and approximate time)
Transaction ID (if available)
